International Day of Happiness 2017
If you’re happy and you know it, you can clap your hands. Or if you want to stay that way and perhaps be even happier, you can be creative, or give back, or enlist a positive attitude, or be mindful.
The UAE celebrated International Day of Happiness – a day that is marked by the establishment of the World Happiness Council by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
In honour of International Day of Happiness on March 20 British International School Foundation Stage teamed up with Adventureland to spread Happiness.
Our little ones were happy as we customized a Magic Show, Face Painting, Decoration with Balloons, Mascots Show (Haider the Lion & Zebra the Zeb Mascot) taking group pictures , fun games with prizes, free ride vouchers for students and meals for our little ones , not forgetting the Zumba Dance.
The Multipurpose Hall turned out to be magnets for merriment. We had our students stop and dance and take pictures with the Mascot and the Clown. Our very own students were filled with great energy as they spread happiness and that, of course as Adventureland brought in joy and happiness – A day to come together.
There’s a day for just about everything and at British International School we made the difference.
